These exercises are slow and controlled whilst focusing on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. We use a range of different pilates equipment to add resistance to each exercise, all movement can be modified. They are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't need to have done any pilates before you do these sessions which lasts for 1 hour.
A combination of free swinging with the traditional exercises from Pilates method, Body Conditioning and acrobatic exercises of Aerial Arts. It stimulates and challenges our core (Powerhouse), offers muscle strengthening, aligns our spinal bones and decompresses our joints, as well as fantastic stretches, flexibility and balance. Modifications will be made for all levels.

30 min of a mixture of non contact cardio kickboxing activity. These exercises combines kickboxing movements such as jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, back kicks, front kicks, and the like—all engaging both your lower and upper body into a kickboxing training combo that will get your heart rate way, way up! Then 30 mins of 1 minute intervals of various circuit stations, such as the boxing bag (with gloves), weighted skipping, high stepper, ab roller, resistance bands wall supported, medicine ball and much more.

Boys snd girls alike will learn from performing and practicing different aerial silk moves instructed within a fun, safe environment. These classes can be highly beneficial, Evidence has indicated It can improve their emotional regulation, self-esteem, strength and flexibility, social interactions, motor planning skills, and independence.
Pilates is resistance training through bodyweight exercises with the Mat work and through exercises with resistance bands, balls and the pilates circle. These exercise will definitely help you in building muscles without weightlifting at the gym. Pilates may improve strength and flexibility, reduce nonspecific low back pain, help lower glucose levels, reduce arthritis pain, improve balance and gait, enhance sport performance, and even boost your mood.
A basic introduction to the foundations of Aerial hammock and combined pilates techniques performed on it.
