2 membership packages are available and all the sessions you wish to take will fall in to one of these memberships, unless otherwise stated, check timetable at bottom of page for days and times.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER PRICE:- (JULY/AUGUST ONLY) 3 classes per week max or 12 per calendar month. Booking only as Aerial has 15 capacity max. This package entitles the client to attend 1 scheduled Aerial Pilates sessions 1 scheduled pilates mat based resistance session with equipment. 1 Hatha or restorative yoga class per week. Booking must be made using the online booking system 48 hours prior to session. NB* No-shows after 2 reservations will lose 1 unit package From September 24 memberships will incur a £10 additional charge.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER PRICE:- ( JULY/AUGUST ONLY) package entitles the member to unlimited classes per month by booking in 24 hours prior.. In the event that a class is fully booked, member will be offered an additional class the following month. cancellations do not apply. A maximum of 4 aerial sessions, 4 mat based sessions 2 Hatha yoga or restorative yoga per week. “Cardio” circuits will commence 1st week in August” Times will be fixed-see timetable this will be inclusive of Friday and Saturday mornings. From September 24 all memberships will incur an additional £10 charge.

A combination of free swinging with the traditional exercises from Pilates method, Body Conditioning and acrobatic exercises of Aerial Arts. It stimulates and challenges our core (Powerhouse), offers muscle strengthening, aligns our spinal bones and decompresses our joints, as well as fantastic stretches, flexibility and balance.

Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to force. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.

Unlike more active yoga styles that focus on building strength or flexibility, restorative yoga emphasizes stillness and comfort. It's about finding a pose that feels good and then holding it for a while with the help of props like blankets, bolsters, or blocks.

Pilates is resistance training through bodyweight exercises with the Mat work and through exercises with resistance bands, balls and the pilates circle. These exercise will definitely help you in building muscles without weightlifting at the gym. Pilates may improve strength and flexibility, reduce nonspecific low back pain, help lower glucose levels, reduce arthritis pain, improve balance and gait, enhance sport performance, and even boost your mood.

We will use the hammock silk to perform a variety of exercises that use the powerhouse. Working on our inner strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning. The hammock provides support, allowing for modifications and variations of all of the Pilates movements.
