Get our domestic work service at affordable rates. Services are given on a weekly basis and payment done at the end of the month. This saves you from the headache that comes with registering your domestic worker with uif and other labour requirements for all employers. Our homes are our safe haven and surely we have to be vigilant and completely thorough in choosing people who can come work as domestic, child minders etc. Randburg Factotum offers you a service of matching a domestic worker who is managed by us who comes in once, twice or thrice a week to do all the domestic work from cleaning to laundry depending on your requirements. Times are from 8am to 4pm, therefore cost will be adjusted in accordance to hours service is required.

Accidents are unavoidable at times, nonetheless all cleaners have been trained to handle everything with utmost care and always be mindful of how they move around movable things in any given property. It's also sad that at times fixtures are wobbly, not properly fixed onto the wall before cleaning commences and once that is broken by the cleaner, some clients are not honest enough to take the partial blame. We then find ourselves incuring the cost of fixing the damage of an already not proper fixture. We do acknowledge that sometimes it's completely no one s fault, it is just an accident therefore this cover helps in the event of an accident during our cleaning time. It will cover for any damages to the property or fixtures during the booked time of anything valued at R5000 and above, where an excess of R2500 will be paid by the booker in the event that after inspection and investigation the fault was not solely on the cleaner, there were defects already.
