Aerial yoga has it all. Mind, body, spirit. Increase your strength and flexibility, release stresses and release endorphins. Decompress your spine. Perfect for people with back problems. Classes run on Monday's and Thursday's at 7.30pm
Also a perfect class to introduce you to aerial yoga. We start with a few poses and stretches. Followed by an optional inversion. Remainder of session is relaxing in the hammock with calming, soft music. This also includes a mini bottle of essential blended oils for you to use and take home. Bring your own blanket and water. Please ensure you aren't wearing any zips. This session is 60 minutes. Next session runs on 26 April 2024.
