Corrective Massage Therapist

Monday-Tusday: 9.30am-2.30pm
Wedneday-Friday: 9:30am- 1.30pm
Thursday:9:30am-1.30pm and 3pm-6pm

I have been a massage therapist since 2012. My practice primarily utilizes Myoskeletal techniques, focusing on pelvic balance, comprehensive body scanning from the feet upward, and addressing the root cause of pain. My approach includes the correction of facet joint dysfunction, such as closing open facet joints (e.g., Dowager's hump) and opening closed facet joints (e.g., flat lower back). I apply appropriate pressure to ensure a pain-free yet effective treatment.
Jaw treatment and Fasial treatment.
Dry needeling.

Regarding personal hygiene, clients are requested to shower on the morning of their scheduled treatment and to refrain from using perfume. It is also recommended to avoid eating for at least one hour prior to the session.

For your comfort, a large blanket will be provided, and the massage table is heated.

Should you have experienced a fall, please consult your General Practitioner before scheduling an appointment.

If you don't feel well, please reschedule the appointment.

Contraindications to a massage treatment:
Acute illness like colds, flu, fever, high blood pressure, active blood clots.
