I welcome you to any of my sessions. Come with an open mind and any questions you may have. There is no right or wrong and certainly no previous experience in dance or psychology is required.
Sessions
1:1 session Movement Psychotherapy
Movement Psychotherapy promotes emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration of the individual, for the purpose of improving health and well-being. These sessions can be submitted for medical aid support in financing.
Group work Psychotherapy
Group of individuals carefully selected to work together for the purpose of improving health and well-being. These sessions can be submitted for medical aid support in financing.
Baby Rave Club drop in
For babies 6months old -two years. This ticket includes use of all props, toys and equipment in the studio as well as a cup of herbal tea in closing.
Baby Rave Club Monthly Subscription
For babies from 6months to 2 years old. This is a monthly subscription. This ticket includes use of all props, toys and equipment in the studio as well as a cup of herbal tea in closing of each class. This ticket also allows you to reschedule or have make up classes from time to time.
Kangeroo Class Drop In
For newborns to 6 months old. Mama's to come with baby carriers. This ticket includes use of all props, toys and equipment in the studio as well as a cup of herbal tea in closing.
