Spiritual Energetic Massage

Spiritual Energetic Massage

Spiritual energy massage was created by Sri S.V. Govindan, famous Ayurvedic master, who dedicated the last part of his life to spreading Ayurveda and Yoga in the West. The sage has developed this practice which draws inspiration from foot reflexology and the Indian culture linked to the chakras. The chakras, whose tradition is "vortex", are precise points on the body to which not only organs and systems but also emotions are connected. The spiritual energetic massage consists of stimulating the reflex points of the chakras on the sole of the foot. The whole massage will take place right on the foot. The stimulation of each single point is accompanied by a very specific mantra sound. Mantras are particular sounds which, when recited and repeated for a long time, are capable of leading to states of high meditation and peace. The mantras used during the massage are connected to the individual chakras and listening to them enhances the massage itself. During the massage you enter a state of deep relaxation called yoga nidra, a conscious mental state on the border between sleep and meditation. Yoga nidra is also defined as the yoga of sleep. It is said that 1 hour of yoga nidra corresponds to 8 hours of deep sleep. Spiritual energy massage is recommended for: *a deep inner search *insomnia problems *spiritual life path *anger *lack of direction *creativity block *tiredness *stress
