Ladies Pilates Fitness Classes
Gently train your body and improve core strength with our Pilates fitness classes. Sessions are suited for both beginners and those that feel ready to try out more advanced moves. Sessions need to be booked weekly.

Mother-Daughter Kickboxing Club
For this academic year, this is a 25 week course, at a cost of £125. You can either pay in full or split the cost over 10 monthly payments of £12.50. Each participant must also purchase a uniform, and pay the annual membership fee to Khadijah Combat Academy. The cost of this is £45 for the uniform, and £25 for the membership fee.

Supporting young people aged 9–16 to be their very best through guidance in their personal, social, and educational development. Appointments are currently available between 1.30-5pm on Saturdays.

Whether you are stressed from day to day life, having a bad day, feeling anxious or depressed, or feel nervous, you can find support here.
