Friday outdoor sessions are group fitness sessions that blends cardio and strength exercises OUTDOOR at different locations. These workouts are designed to burn calories and work major muscle groups. In this class, you'll do cardio moves and strength exercises in a circuit format, EMOM, AMRAPS, Team workouts and more, followed by core and stretching exercises. It's a time-efficient way to improve fitness and can suit various fitness levels with a few weekly sessions! Each session can be tailored to your fitness level and your intensity.
