Options for booking classes include a single class pass, pay via the app, cash/card payment booking, or a 4 Class pass for £25. Please choose your option, pick the correct date and secure your spot.

Wednesdays 7.15pm @ Rowlands Gill Scout Hut. A fun vinyasa style flow that is suitable for all levels. There will be some optional more challenging postures but you will always be encouraged to listen to your own bodies. Mats and blocks will be provided but you may wish to bring your own blanket or any other props to make your Savasana as relaxing as possible. Please note there will be no class on Wednesday 31st January.

For anyone who is new to yoga and intimated by an open group class, or maybe you want to focus some time on improving specific postures. Whatever your needs, get in touch via WhatsApp and we can schedule an appropriate time for your class. Maximum participants 6.

Friday 9.30am Gentle Flow

Class will start Friday 16th February, Rowlands Gill Scout Hut. (45-60mins) This class will be a gentle introduction to yoga, with predominantly standing or supported poses, a slower pace with more time for cues and adjustments. there will be some floor work but kneeling will be minimal and props will be available to make postures more accessible. No previous experience is required and all equipment is provided. Please note there will be no class on 29th March or 5th April.
