A SERIES OF POSTURES LINKED TOGETHER WITH A 'VINYASA' BUILDING HEAT IN THE BODY, CALMNESS IN THE MIND. BUILDING FROM GENTLE YIN STYLE POSES, TO A STRONG FLOW, POSSIBLY INCORPORATING SOME BALANCING BEFORE FLOWING BACK DOWN TO THE MAT.

A SLOW FLOW TO ROUND OFF THE WEEK & RESET FOR THE WEEK AHEAD, WE WON'T BE UP ABOVE THE KNEES IN THIS CLASS, THINK YIN STYLE POSTURES WITH A SLOW FLOW TO LOOSEN UP AND RELEASE TENSION, INCORPORATING PROPS TO AID RELAXATION.
