Friday 9.30am Gentle Flow
Class will start Friday 16th February,
Rowlands Gill Scout Hut. (45-60mins)
This class will be a gentle introduction to yoga, with predominantly standing or supported poses, a slower pace with more time for cues and adjustments. there will be some floor work but kneeling will be minimal and props will be available to make postures more accessible.
No previous experience is required and all equipment is provided.
Please note there will be no class on 29th March or 5th April.
