A callus is thickened skin on your hands or the soles of your feet. The thickening of the skin is a protective reaction. For example, farmers and rowers get calluses on their hands that prevent blisters from forming. People with bunions often develop a callus over the bunion because it rubs against the shoe.

Fissures

FISSURES

FISSURES

Heel fissures, commonly referred to as cracked heels, are a simple problem that could lead to severe medical issues in future if left untreated. The fissures occur when the skin around the heel develops to become hard, dry and cannot stretch so therefore cracks instead.

Hard Skin Removal

The treatment process itself lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the severity of the cracked heels. It involves the use of a metal scalpel to pick away the hard skin, followed by a sander to scrape away the rest.

Nail Trimming

NAIL TRIMMING

is important to make sure that you cut your toenails straight across, leaving them long enough so that the corners lie loosely against the skin at the sides. In other words, don't trim your toenails too short, don't round the edges, and also don't try to cut the toenails into a pointy V-shape.
