A calm form of yoga, based on the Chinese Meridian theory. Yin Yoga gives you a flexible body and your mind comes to rest again.
With pregnancy yoga you keep your body flexible and lively. Consciously relaxing through breath is central. The course provides an ideal guidance during one of the most intense but most beautiful moments in your life.
By regularly meditating, your mind remains in good condition. Your blood pressure and heart rate are lower and it fights stress.
Same peace, but then outside. In the summer months we combine yoga with the wonderful peace in the wild.
Full body massage, with esencial oils, reflexology, acupressure. Deep tissue or relaxing.
