Join our small group trainings to achieve your health goals in a fun, supportive environment. This full body workout combining both strength and cardio movements will target different muscle groups and energize you for the rest of your week. 4-6 people per class so there is always attention to your personal questions and needs. This class is 70 minutes so we have time to warm up & cool down properly.
