Upon engaging with Manfour Jewellers, you are bound by the following terms and conditions: Full payment is mandatory for all orders at the time of purchase. Custom jewelry orders necessitate a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost upfront, with the remaining balance due prior to production initiation. Our standard production time for custom jewelry is one month, excluding weekends and holidays, from the date of full payment. Kindly note that slight variations may occur in our handmade items. Once an order is placed, no refunds are available. While we prioritize the highest quality craftsmanship, Manfour Jewellers cannot be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper usage or handling of our products. Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, with return shipping expenses borne by the customer. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion. By proceeding with a purchase, you affirm that you have thoroughly reviewed and consent to these terms and conditions.
