Espresso (ess-PRESS-oh) is a full-flavored, concentrated form of coffee that is served in “shots.”


Cappuccino

Espresso mixed with an equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized".

A single espresso shot with twice as much water, resulting in a larger coffee.
