A calm form of yoga, based on the Chinese Meridian theory. Yin Yoga gives you a flexible body and your mind comes to rest again.

Pregnancy yoga

With pregnancy yoga you keep your body flexible and lively. Consciously relaxing through breath is central. The course provides an ideal guidance during one of the most intense but most beautiful moments in your life.

Same peace, but then outside. In the summer months we combine yoga with the wonderful peace in the wild.
