Terms and Conditions
- After booking, address/ bank details will be emailed. A non-refundable deposit of £20 is to be made within 10 minutes of booking or appointment will be forfeited.
- Deposit goes towards your service and the remainder is to be paid by card or cash.
- Cancelling forfeits your deposit and please do so 48 hours before appointment via the confirmation email. Please note that you cannot reschedule.
- No show clients will not be able to book again and no extra guests/ kids.
- 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
- Hair must be GREASE FREE, washed/ blow-dried from root to tip and at least 5 inches long.
- Standard length is Hip length. Styling the braids in a bun = shorter length so bun is not bulky.
- Hair is not provided and I only work with Pre-Stretched X-Pression :)
