A 60-minute session set in a gym environment. This session will take place at the Brunel Sports Centre (Gym) and will be tailored based on facilities and availability. Clients will need to meet myself in the gym, making their own way there. Parking is free, and it is open to the public.

This session will occur in a local playground, field, or park area, providing an ideal opportunity to relish the outdoors with ample free space for movement. It is a public session, contingent upon approval from the Hillingdon Council. Suited for individuals who enjoy social settings and are not overly concerned about privacy.

Crafted for clients looking for partner workouts, this session features boxing, HIIT training, and CrossFit exercises. Irrespective of fitness levels, partners can participate, with workouts divided and shared between them while being tailored to individual abilities.

A 45-minute boxing and well-being class tailored for children aged 10 and above. The session aims to address physical and mental health challenges such as bullying, low self-confidence, ADHD, and behavioral issues. It focuses on enhancing concentration, discipline, and introducing routine into the participants' lives. It is essential for a caregiver to supervise the entire session.
