The small group setting allows me to tailor cues and adjustments to each individual, so you get exactly what your body needs—whether that’s building strength, improving alignment, or finding more ease in movement. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and completely private—a refreshing shift from the busy studio environment. Here, you can focus on yourself without distractions, surrounded by like-minded movers. Our group Pilates classes offer a vibrant, energizing movement experience in a truly beautiful space. With around 10 participants, these sessions strike that sweet spot—big enough for group energy and community, but still small enough to keep things mindful and movement-focused. These classes are best suited for healthy, experienced movers or those already familiar with Pilates. If you’re working through an injury or in need of a more tailored approach, I’d love to guide you in a smaller or private setting instead. While I always offer options and modifications, the group size means I can’t provide the same level of individual attention throughout the class. Expect a mix of upbeat music, creative sequences, and small props like resistance bands and Pilates balls to help you challenge your body in new ways. These classes are the perfect chance to connect, move, and share space with like-minded people. And after class?
