This treatment will warm up muscle tissues, increase flexibility, blood supply and performance. It will also help with settling nerves and build confidence as the body is being prepared to compete at the highest level.

A 25 minute session to help your legs feel fresher, looser and less fatigued. This can be used in the days before your performance or as part of a warm up on the day! It will increase flexibility and blood circulation while also decreasing muscle soreness and fatigue.
