Payment Policy

No Call No Show Policy
NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL result in a charge of 100% OF THE SERVICE booked! you will also be banned from booking any future appointments!
Deposit Policy
A 30% Deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due after service is completed. A No call No show will Result in the remaining Balance being charge to your card or paid in cash.
Age Policy
All Clients must be 18 years old and older to book waxing appointments. If you under the age of 18 a parent must book for you and they have to attend the appointment with you!
Covid Policy
MASK(optional) ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUEST UNLESS YOU UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Late policy
If you're more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a $20 late fee. If you're more than 15 minutes late your appointment is canceled. SAME DAY CANCELATION will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.

HAIR MUST BE 1/4INCH LONG IN ORDER FOR WAXING TO BE EFFECTIVE! IF HAIR ISN'T LONG ENOUGH AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELED AND DEPOSIT WILL BE USED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

WE ALLOW WAXING FOR TEENS BUT THEY CAN ONLY GET UNDERARM AND FACE WAXING WITH PARENTS IN THE ROOM! IF THE CHILD IS UNCOMFORTABLE WE WILL STOP THE SERVICE COMPLETELY!
