Customers have several delivery options to choose from. You can opt for Collection, where you pick up your orders from a designated location. For those in the Pretoria East area, a delivery service is available to bring orders to their doorstep. Similarly, there is a delivery option for those Outside of Pretoria East vis DSV. Additionally, orders can be delivered to a PUDO Locker for convenient self-service collection. Customers are also welcome to suggest alternative courier providers if they have specific preferences.

Payment Options
Customers can choose from two payment options: cash or EFT. All payments are due prior to delivery. For all orders, invoices will be sent through. Cash payments - Only applicable to collections and delivery in Pretoria East. For EFT payments, account details will be provided in your invoice to facilitate the transaction. Delivery will take place once payment reflects. If this occurs after your selected delivery time, We will contact you to arrange an alternative date and time. NO REFUNDS or RETURNS
