How to rent a bike

🚲 Bike Rental at Camping Vliegenbos – Easy and Convenient

Follow the steps below to arrange your bike rental quickly and enjoy a carefree ride:

1️⃣ Choose your bike
Select your preferred bike from our available range.
👉 Please note the bike number, which can be found on the back of the bike.

2️⃣ Choose your rental period
Select the duration of your rental.

3️⃣ Insurance (optional)
Decide whether you would like additional insurance coverage during your rental period.

4️⃣ Accessories (optional)
Add any accessories you may need.

5️⃣ Enter your personal details
Under Accommodation details, please provide:
- Your booking number
- Your pitch number

You can find this information in your camping confirmation email.
If you are unable to locate it, our reception team at Camping Vliegenbos will be happy to assist you.

6️⃣ Order note – important ✍️
Please enter the bike number of the bicycle you selected.

🔁 Should you change bikes during your rental period, please inform us immediately by email or at the reception desk. ⚠️ If an incorrect bike number is provided, we may unfortunately be unable to offer assistance while you are out cycling.

We therefore kindly ask you to take a moment to check this carefully. It will help avoid any inconvenience and allow you to enjoy your ride with complete peace of mind. 😊

🎁 Start of your rental – with a complimentary extra
Your rental period will begin 30 minutes after your order has been confirmed.
The first 30 minutes are complimentary, giving you time to collect your bike, adjust it comfortably, and ease into your holiday experience. 🌿🚴‍♂️
