This 55 min gentle class has all the elements of the vinyasa flow - breath awareness, strong asana practice and relaxation, practiced at a moderate pace, keeping some postures longer. My classes are a safe space to both take first steps in yoga and advance your practice. I combine breath awareness with dynamic vinyasa flow, followed by a deep stretch and relaxation to help you connect with your body, calm your nervous system and switch from thinking to feeling.
