What if your perfume could speak to your soul?
What if scent wasn’t just a fragrance — but a way home to yourself?
Asya invites you to create your own energetic perfume — a personal blend born from your intention and intuition.
You’ll begin with a short conversation and grounding moment, then explore a palette of 10–20 natural aromas — pure essences of plants, flowers, woods, spices, and resins. No synthetics. Only nature.
Together, you’ll craft a composition of 2–7 essences, guided by your heart and senses.
The result is a perfume that doesn’t just smell beautiful — it supports, protects, and aligns you.
Each session lasts about 2 hours and includes your unique 15 ml perfume.

This weekly yoga practice focuses on gentle movement, conscious breathing and nervous system regulation. The vinyasa flow is slow and accessible, designed to support mobility, body awareness and inner balance rather than performance or intensity.
The session ends with a healing sound bath, allowing the body and mind to integrate the practice.
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
A consistent weekly ritual for grounding, recovery and embodied presence.

Real People is where good food and real talks bring people together.
Real People: Breakfast is the softest entry into the community.
We meet at one table, order food and coffee, and let conversations unfold naturally. We begin with a few opening questions to help the dialogue start, and then it flows on its own.
Mornings feel softer and more open, which makes this format especially welcoming for newcomers.
Each time we meet in a different café. The location is a surprise and shared the day before — an invitation to explore new places in Prague together.
Up to 15 participants. Free of charge.
Organized by ATMA Community Space.

Gentle Vinyasa is a slow, mindful yoga practice that connects breath and movement in a steady rhythm.
The class focuses on soft flow sequences designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system balance. The pace allows participants to move with awareness rather than intensity.
The session concludes with sound healing using crystal bowls. The sound supports integration and relaxation, allowing the body to settle after movement.
This practice is suitable for all levels and does not require previous yoga experience.
The class includes guided movement and a closing relaxation with sound.

Andrea is a yoga teacher who guides classes with clarity and calm presence. Her approach emphasizes breath, alignment, and accessible movement for everyday bodies.

Yoga Nidra is a guided deep rest practice designed to support nervous system regulation and internal restoration.
In this session, participants lie down comfortably while remaining gently aware. The body rests deeply while attention is guided through breath, sensation, and subtle awareness practices.
Modern neuroscience often refers to this state as non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). In this space, the nervous system begins to regulate naturally. Stress responses soften, and the body can shift from survival mode into repair.
The session is especially supportive for people experiencing stress, fatigue, sleep challenges, or emotional overload. No experience is required.
The format includes a short introduction, the guided practice, and time for integration.
Facilitated by Gabriela Šrámková
Gabriela works with trauma-informed yoga and nervous system awareness. Her approach combines professional training with lived experience, creating a safe and grounded space for deep rest and gentle restoration.

Through guided breathing and music, participants are supported in reconnecting with inner steadiness and allowing recent experiences — personal, emotional, or relational — to land in the body with greater clarity and calm.
This session emphasizes nervous system regulation, integration, and a felt sense of orientation before moving forward. The practice is gentle, accessible, and does not require previous breathwork experience.
The evening includes a short introduction, approximately 50 minutes of guided breathwork, and a sharing circle with tea afterward.
Facilitated by Alina Shupikov
With the first ceremony, we explore the softness, the playfulness and the whimsicality of our feminine sides.

Women Circle Sharing is a guided gathering for women who wish to meet in a safe and supportive space.
We sit together in a circle and create room for honest sharing. Each participant has the opportunity to speak and be heard without interruption, advice, or judgment.
The intention is not to fix or analyze, but to listen and witness. Through shared presence, many participants experience relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves and other women.
The atmosphere is warm, respectful, and confidential.
No previous experience is required.
Facilitated by Anurasa, who creates grounded and heart-centered spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with their inner experience, and explore emotional depth in a safe and respectful environment.

Language of Intimacy is part of our monthly Re:Connection series.
Each month we explore one theme through three layers: Language of Intimacy, Re:Connection Gathering, and Cuddle & Consent. Participants may attend one event or move through all three layers for a deeper experience.
Language of Intimacy focuses on communication inside intimacy — how we express desire, how we hold boundaries, and how we stay connected while being honest.
The evening begins with grounding and breathwork to support nervous system regulation. Participants then move into structured pair and small-group exercises designed to practice clarity and emotional responsibility in adult dialogue.
This is not therapy, but a practical training in conscious communication.
The session includes introduction, guided exercises, and integration.
Facilitated by Katya Kokkalou, somatic and sensuality therapist working with movement, breathwork and music. She creates spaces where people can explore themselves more honestly through embodied presence and intimate subconscious connection.

Osho Meditation is an active, guided meditation practice combining conscious breathing, movement, music, and silence to activate, balance, and energize the seven chakras.
The meditation moves through different stages of breathing, allowing energy to circulate through the body while supporting emotional release, mental clarity, and a deep nervous system reset. The practice is dynamic yet accessible and does not require previous meditation experience.
This meditation is especially supportive for those feeling stuck, mentally overloaded, or disconnected from their body. It offers a powerful way to release tension, reconnect with inner vitality, and arrive into a more grounded, present state.
The session is guided and held in a safe, structured environment with time to rest and integrate afterward.

Re:Connection Gathering is the embodiment layer of our monthly Re:Connection series.
Each month we explore one theme through language, embodied experience, and contact. This gathering focuses on moving from words into the body.
The evening begins with a cacao ceremony to create a grounded atmosphere. Participants then enter guided breathwork supported by music, followed by free movement that allows emotional and energetic experience to circulate and settle.
The focus is on building capacity — the ability to stay present with intensity, desire, and sensation without disconnecting.
The session concludes with a sharing circle for integration.
Facilitated by Katya Kokkalou, somatic and sensuality therapist working with movement, breathwork and music. She creates spaces where people can explore themselves more honestly through embodied presence and intimate subconscious connection.

Spring Reset for Women is an evening dedicated to transition and renewal.
As the season shifts, this gathering offers space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Instead of thinking about change, we allow the body to move through it.
The evening begins with a cacao ritual to create warmth and grounding. From there, participants are guided into a breathwork journey supported by music and imagery. The practice invites release of what feels complete and a gentle reconnection with clarity, strength, and direction. The evening closes with integration and an optional sharing circle.
Important:
This practice is not suitable for participants who are pregnant or who have epilepsy, glaucoma, serious heart conditions, or acute psychiatric disorders. If you have health concerns, please contact us in advance.
Facilitated by Katya Zheltova, certified breathwork facilitator and therapist trained in Holosomatic Breathwork, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her work combines therapeutic depth with embodied practice, offering grounded and carefully guided spaces.

Mixed Circle Sharing brings women and men together in a structured space for open and grounded dialogue.
Participants sit in a circle and share personal reflections in a contained and respectful format. Listening is as important as speaking.
The presence of both genders allows for broader perspectives and often deepens awareness of relational patterns and communication styles.
The focus is on authenticity, emotional responsibility, and mutual respect.
No previous experience is required.
Facilitated by Anurasa, who guides mixed circles with clarity and steadiness, supporting participants in staying present, respectful, and honest in shared dialogue.

Cuddle & Consent is the contact layer of our monthly Re:Connection series.
After exploring communication and embodiment, this evening focuses on conscious physical connection.
The session begins with clear agreements and structured consent exercises. Participants practice asking directly, expressing limits, and receiving “no” with maturity and steadiness.
Only after guided exercises does the space open for supervised cuddle practice within agreed boundaries.
The intention is clarity, self-respect, and presence inside physical closeness.
Facilitated by Katya Kokkalou, somatic and sensuality therapist working with movement, breathwork and music. She creates spaces where people can explore themselves more honestly through embodied presence and intimate subconscious connection.

Dance-Movement Therapy is a somatic practice that uses spontaneous movement as a way of self-exploration.
This workshop offers a gentle introduction to the principles of dance-movement therapy. It is not a dance class and not a fitness session. There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow.
Participants are guided through simple movement and awareness exercises, sometimes individually and sometimes in interaction with others. The focus is on listening to the body, noticing impulses, and allowing movement to arise naturally.
Through this process, participants may experience greater grounding, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation.
The atmosphere is supportive and non-judgmental. The intention is to create a safe and accessible space for exploration, not therapy.
No previous movement experience is required.
Facilitated by Marie Vejvodov, who completed a 4.5-year certified professional training in dance-movement therapy. She continues to deepen her education in somatic and self-development approaches in the Czech Republic and abroad. In her work, she creates a respectful and non-judgmental space where participants can reconnect with themselves through authentic movement.

Real People is where good food and real talks bring people together.
Real People: Dinner carries the same spirit in an evening atmosphere.
We gather around one shared table, enjoy delicious food, and allow conversations to deepen as the evening unfolds. The longer format creates more space for reflection and meaningful exchange.
We begin with light entry guidelines and a few guided questions, then the evening develops naturally.
The location changes each time and remains a surprise until the day before. There is always the possibility to continue the evening together afterward.
Up to 15 participants. Free of charge.
