Your first initial 50 min reflexology appointment with me plus extra time to complete a consultation & medical form .

A lovely introduction reflexology taster session.

An in-depth treatment session.
Providing relaxation and what what your mind and body needs most.
This session works well if you are suffering from chronic stress and lymphatic conditions. This session gives time for dual working techniques and to be able to work the lower leg up the knee.
50 minute hand reflexology
A full tailored hand reflexology treatment session.
Working on the hand and arm up to the elbow.
Providing you with relaxation and tension releasing.
