When training young oneโs attention to detail is so important. You are their first impression of boxing if they are none boxers or you are a very influential figure within their journey if they are already boxing.
If you have experienced a boxing environment in the past you will understand that standards are important in every aspect of the game, inside and outside the gym. If I am training your child and you have a certain idea of where you will want your child to be, I will provide home work, and guidance in regards to eradicating bad eating habits and taking personal accountability with exercise away from our sessions. It is not the children I would hold accountable if they fail to do the extra work.
I train little ones from ages 6 years old up, I expect full support from parents within this time frame. The same way it takes a village to raise a child it takes a village to raise a young champ! Letโs do it together ๐ฅโค๏ธ๐ฅ๐ฏ
Sessions tend to be 30 minutes long depending on age. Once familiar with the environment the sessions will go to 45 minutes, 15 unassisted warm up arriving 15 minutes before the session start time and then 30 minutes working with Coach Benji.
