This is an in depth two and a half hour appointment for women who are looking to work on specific issues whether it be physical or emotional It includes an in depth consultation where we create for you a bespoke self care routine, I share with you the self massage technique along with other tools, such as castor oil packing and vaginal steaming, to support you on your own healing journey. 🩸 NOTE: DO NOT BOOK On your PERIOD This treatment is based on Mizan Therapy, a traditional womb massage technique that works gently yet deeply into the abdomen, lower back, hips, sacrum, and womb space. It encourages proper womb position, supports hormonal balance, and improves blood and energy flow to the reproductive organs. I use slow, rhythmic, repetitive movements to soften tension and realign the womb area. Healing the womb is a journey — this is not a quick fix. I recommend at least 3 sessions to begin noticing change. Your commitment is part of the therapy . We do this together.
