Rider's fee
This MUST be included if the event is more than 3 hours away from Wilmington NC area. This is for room and board while we are in your area. Its only charged once. We can include this in the 2nd payment due after the deposits if needed. Riders fee MUST be paid 48 hours before event.
If service is for a wedding, this fee is to be paid within 30 days of the wedding.
Travel fee
This MUST be selected in your booking. $50 per driving hour from Wilmington NC to your destination. Unless agreed upon and discussed with management, If you're 5 hours away, add 5 of these to the cart.
