Basic Turnover
After every guest a cleaning is needed. This service includes bedding and towels washed and replaced, kitchen and appliances* are disinfected and cleaned inside and out, bathrooms are disinfected and cleaned from top to bottom, switches, outlets, knobs, waste bins and other high-touch areas are sanitized, common area furniture is vacuumed, dining table and chairs are disinfected, surfaces and decor are dusted, windows and sills are washed, patio is straightened and swept, essentials are replenished, trash is removed and floors are vacuumed, swept and mopped with disinfectant solution. *Excluding the oven (can be added in "extras") **Pricing varies by number of beds and number of bathrooms, starting at $125.00 for 1 bed and 1 bath. Deep Turnover
A couple of times a year every rental needs a deep clean. This service includes everything in the Basic Turnover plus baseboards, doors and doorframes being thoroughly cleaned and sterilized, fans and fixtures cleaned, ceiling and high corners dusted and under large furniture and appliances cleaned. A basic maintenance check is also performed to ensure lightbulbs are in working order, there are no leaks under sinks and smoke detectors/batteries are functional. This is also a good time to take advantage of the extra services we offer. *Pricing varies by number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms, starting at $175.00 for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This service includes inside and outside of cabinets and appliances cleaned, kitchen cleaned and sanitized, windows and sills cleaned, fixtures and fans cleaned, ledges, surfaces and baseboards cleaned, doors, knobs, doorframes switches and plugs are sanitized, bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected from top to bottom and floors are vacuumed, swept and mopped with disinfectant solution. *Pricing varies by number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms starting at $150.00 for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Please select ADDITIONAL beds and baths below for pricing and booking. **Belongs and debris must be previously removed or we can provide removal with an additional service fee depending on the condition of the unit.
