Strict regulations
Hair (Wigs and closures for sew ins and also reinstall wigs) must be dropped off at least 3/4 days in advance, with your name attached, telefoon number and the date of your appointment etc. For each late day, a €10 will be charged. Wigs can be dropped off between 12 PM and 6 PM.(not on sundays) to the address received with your confirmation email, and if am not on location then you can call the number received in the confirmation email. Hair must be delivered in person, unless are exception has been made. If not cancellation will occur and deposit won’t be refunded. I am not responsible for incorrectly delivered hair. A non-refundable deposit of €20 is required to confirm the appointment.If you wish to cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling can only be done in the same month! And if not possible and still want to change, the deposit won’t be refunded.And be rescheduled once after the original date you booked. You may be a maximum of 10 minutes late. From 11 minutes late, an extra fee of €15 will be charged. From 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and without no explanation =blacklist NO-SHOW = BLACKLIST Availability goes online every 20th of the month. If your preferred time/date is not listed, you can always send me a message. An additional fee of €20 will apply. THERE IS A 24HOUR PERIOD AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT WHEREBY IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS, ISSUES OR CONCERNS YOU HAVE ABOUT YOUR HAIR YOU ARE FREE TO CONTACT ME. (I URGE YOU TO DO THIS!) AFTER 24HOURS I WILL NO LONGER BE LIABLE TO ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THE INSTALL.
