Reservation and Booking - 10% deposit is required for reservation. - 24-hour cancellation notice before the booking date is required for a full deposit refund. - For same-day cancellations or any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booking date, the renter's deposit is non-refundable. Security Deposit - A 50% security deposit is required on the pick-up date. - The deposit is refunded on the return date once the vehicle is returned in the condition it was received. Insurance - The renter is responsible for the full value of the ULOLI vehicle and any damages or missing items. - Renters may purchase waivers that reduce financial liability in case of loss or damage to the ULOLI car, provided they adhere to the rental terms and have their insurance. - ULOLI does not provide insurance, but daily insurance referral is available upon request. Vehicle Features - GPS navigation - Bluetooth - Satellite radio - Spare tire - Lug tool kit - Dash camera - Anti-theft system Additional Services - Airport pick-up and drop -off are available at an additional cost. Please contact ULOLI prior to booking to check for vehicle availability. Vehicle Return - All vehicles returned after an hour incur an additional charge of $1000. - Additional charges apply if the vehicle is returned with any missing items, including lug tools, jack, spare tire, jack handle, tire patch set, and electric air compressor (tyre pump).
