Policy
• All Therapists must have their own personal indemnity and public indemnity insurance and are required to be fully qualified and accredited. These must be emailed to edel@allthingsnatural.ie • The therapy room and the Innisfree room must only be used during the hours that have been agreed and booked. • Please vacate the room as soon as your slot has finished as other therapists may be using the room and therefore running over the allocated time slot is not permitted. • You are in charge of bringing your own equipment to the studio and any equipment left in the building is done so at your own risk, Soulful Studio will accept no responsibility for personal or professional items left on the premises. • You are responsible for the room and its contents during your sessions. Any damage that occurs during this time must be brought to my attention and therefore if serious will have to be paid for. • The room you are using must be left in a tidy condition so that others can use it immediately. • In order to book either the therapy room or the Innisfree room you must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance is due once your session is over. It is recommended that you agree similar terms with your clients. • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for either room. • Room rate is per hour starting at €15 per hour for each of the first 2 hours, then €10 per hour thereafter. Special rate if booked for 8 hours in the consecutive day is €60 These rates are subject change and you will get a 10 day notice. • By booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
