Customize and personalise your emails
Customizing your emails lets you create personalized, engaging messages. This guide covers how to edit email copy and use Dynamic bubbles to insert details like the customer’s name and date.
Editing an email
Review the email template, and adjust the content to match your message, tone, and customers. Modify the text to reflect your desired style, adding personal touches while ensuring it aligns with your brand’s voice. Tailor the language to resonate with your customers, whether it’s a casual reminder or a formal business communication.
Using Dynamic bubbles
Dynamic bubbles are placeholders that automatically insert specific information into your email, making it more relevant and personalized for your customer. Simply select the right Dynamic bubble from the toolbar and insert it into the desired spot in your email; the Dynamic bubbles will show the real data when the email is sent.

For appointments
- Name
- Appointment date
- Start time

For orders
- Name
- Date
- Start time
- Order number
For delivery
- Name

- Delivery window start time
- Delivery window end time

- Order number
Emails that can be edited
You can currently customize two types of emails:
Confirmation, these emails are automatically sent to confirm a customer’s booking/order.
Made by you these emails are sent to inform customers when you’ve made them on their behalf.
Other emails, such as review and book/order again emails, will be added in the future.
You can always restart
If at any point you want to start over, simply choose "Reset to default". This will revert the email to its original template, removing all your current edits and inserted bubbles.
