How to solve “No times available”
If you encounter a “no times available” message in Vev, it’s likely due to one of these reasons.
Item duration exceeds opening hours
If your service takes longer than your available hours, no time slots will appear.
Fix: Lengthen your opening hours or shorten the service duration.
Multiple items exceed opening times
Booking multiple services that extend beyond your opening hours can block times.
Fix: Adjust opening hours or limit the total time for services.
Booking horizon is shorter than booking/order deadline
If customers can’t book/order within the allowed horizon, no slots will show.
Fix: Align your booking horizon with your order deadline.
Long exceptions set
Long exceptions (like holidays) can block availability.
Fix: Shorten exception periods to free up slots.
No opening times listed
If you haven’t set your hours, no availability can be shown.
