Merge customers

If you're dealing with duplicate customer entries in your client list, Vev's CRM offers a customer merging feature, available with a Vev+ subscription. This helps you streamline your customer management by combining duplicate entries into a single customer. Here's how to use it:

  1. Go to Settings > Customers
  2. Select a customer
  3. Scroll down to "Merge" and select the other contacts
  4. Select which details you like to keep

This feature not only cleans up your database but also ensures all critical client information is combined and organized in one place.
