Merge customers
If you're dealing with duplicate customer entries in your client list, Vev's CRM offers a customer merging feature, available with a Vev+ subscription. This helps you streamline your customer management by combining duplicate entries into a single customer. Here's how to use it:
- Go to Settings > Customers
- Select a customer
- Scroll down to "Merge" and select the other contacts
- Select which details you like to keep
This feature not only cleans up your database but also ensures all critical client information is combined and organized in one place.
