Removing a customer

Keeping your customer database (CRM) up-to-date and organized is crucial for any business. Vev's CRM provides a feature to remove customer, ensuring that your client list remains relevant and streamlined. This feature requires a Vev+ subscription. Here’s how you can remove customer from your CRM:

  1. Go to Settings > Customers
  2. Select the customer: Browse your customer list to find the contact you wish to remove.
  3. Remove the customer: Once you’ve located the customer, select the option to remove it from your CRM.

This process helps maintain a clean and accurate CRM by allowing you to remove outdated or unnecessary customers.
