Set up reminders
Setting up reminders is a great way to keep your clients informed about upcoming appointments, events or orders placed on your page.
A reminder email is sent to your clients automatically including all relevant information about the order they placed or a service they booked. You can adjust how far in advance you want your clients to receive a reminder email by following these steps:
- Go to your dashboard and access your settings
- Tap Page & Account settings right under your page name
- Scroll down to General Settings
- Tap on Reminders
- Choose how many days or hours in advance you want your clients to receive the reminder email.
Note: Changes apply only to new orders or bookings.
