Set up reminders

Setting up reminders is a great way to keep your clients informed about upcoming appointments, events or orders placed on your page.

A reminder email is sent to your clients automatically including all relevant information about the order they placed or a service they booked. You can adjust how far in advance you want your clients to receive a reminder email by following these steps:

  1. Go to your dashboard and access your settings
  2. Tap Page & Account settings right under your page name
  3. Scroll down to General Settings
  4. Tap on Reminders
  5. Choose how many days or hours in advance you want your clients to receive the reminder email.

Note: Changes apply only to new orders or bookings.
