The Time Picker feature offers flexible scheduling options to help streamline your booking process.

With the Time Picker you can tailor how customers see and choose available times. Vev has three modes:

Smart suggestions
Top of the hour only
All time slots

You can change these here:

Settings > Planning > Time Suggestions

1. Smart Suggestions

Optimize your day by showing only a limited set of suggested times. Convenient for efficient time management.

Customers see options that maximize scheduling efficiency by filling gaps or aligning with the hour, such as 10:00, 10:30, or 11:00.

2. Top of the hour only

Businesses that want a structured schedule with clean hour-to-hour transitions, ideal for sessions or services that are typically hourly.

Appointments are limited to whole hours, so customers can choose times like 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00 for a straightforward schedule.

3. Show all time slots

Shows all available time slots. The best options come first, but customers can choose from the full list themselves.
