Set a policy

A deal's a deal, but some businesses are more flexible than others. Easily set up order and cancellation terms:

  1. Go to your 'Dashboard'
  2. Tap 'Profile' (top left)
  3. Choose 'Page Settings'
  4. Go to 'Policy'
  5. Under 'Order', you can specify the order deadline. In other words: when does your agenda close for new appointments/orders?
  6. Next, under 'Cancellation', define what the policy is for cancellations
  7. You can set it so that cancellations are always allowed, up to x-number of hours or days prior to the appointment, or link it to your opening hours.

Note: your terms are also displayed at the bottom of your Vev page. Customers can click on your terms button to see exactly what your policy is.
