Set a policy
A deal's a deal, but some businesses are more flexible than others. Easily set up order and cancellation terms:
- Go to your 'Dashboard'
- Tap 'Profile' (top left)
- Choose 'Page Settings'
- Go to 'Policy'
- Under 'Order', you can specify the order deadline. In other words: when does your agenda close for new appointments/orders?
- Next, under 'Cancellation', define what the policy is for cancellations
- You can set it so that cancellations are always allowed, up to x-number of hours or days prior to the appointment, or link it to your opening hours.
Note: your terms are also displayed at the bottom of your Vev page. Customers can click on your terms button to see exactly what your policy is.
