Talking about bigger tutoring businesses, we do offer a paid version of Vev with features that entrepreneurs running larger tutoring businesses will die for. Vev+ gives you automatic tax reports, access to advanced student data, and a bunch of other useful things.

Yes, you can define how much you want to charge to drive somewhere, whether it is a fixed fee or a price per mile / kilometer.
