Let customers not only order flowers via your Vev page, but also confirm them with an online payment. Securely connect with Stripe to accept online payments with your flower shop. Popular methods for debit and credit cards such as Apple Pay, Google Pay are supported.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Refunds are built-in
Depending on the cancellation policy of your flower shop, customers can also get a manual or automated refund if plans change or a flowers is no longer available.
Scan to Pay
A QR code will pop up on your screen to let customers pay with their own device. Florists can then accept payments for the full amount, or settle the remaining balance if they already paid a deposit via Vev.

Is Vev's online ordering system for florists free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a flower shop as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev's florist system for free. Allowing any florist to get unlimited appointments for their flower shop.
As your flower shop grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available. Up to you, the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a flower shop with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dreams and start their dream flower shop. You only need a name to get things going. To help florists even more, every page comes with a default price list that you can edit the best way you see fit. Set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
How do customers place an order?
Easy enough, through the online store of your flower shop. When you create an ordering page with Vev, you will also get a unique link that you can share with your customers.
On your online page customers can find what the flowers they like, add it to their cart and click the order-button. And pay for their flowers right there on that page too, when you have set-up payments.
What payment methods does Vev accept?
We work together with Stripe to facilitate online payments, one of the biggest payments providers in the world.
Because of this your flower shop will be able to accept almost any form of payment. Apple & Google Pay, debit & credit cards, Ideal, Bancontact to name a few.

Can I set my own order policies?
That is completely up to you to set up.
We did fill in some things based on how we saw successful florists before you do it, but you are completely free to change everything in line with how your flower shop operates.
Order deadline, refunds and cancellations are your domain, you know best how you want to run your flower shop.
