Let attendees not only order tickets via your Vev page, but also confirm them with an online payment. Securely connect with Stripe to accept online payments with your venue. Popular methods for debit and credit cards such as Apple Pay, Google Pay are supported.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Refunds are built-in
Depending on the cancellation policy of your venue, attendees can also get a manual or automated refund if plans change or a tickets is no longer available.
Scan to Pay
A QR code will pop up on your screen to let attendees pay with their own device. Event organisers can then accept payments for the full amount, or settle the remaining balance if they already paid a deposit via Vev.

Is Vev's online ordering system for event organisers free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a venue as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev's small events system for free. Allowing any event organiser to get unlimited appointments for their venue.
As your venue grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available. Up to you, the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a venue with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dreams and start their dream venue. You only need a name to get things going. To help event organisers even more, every page comes with a default price list that you can edit the best way you see fit. Set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
How do attendees place an order?
Easy enough, through the online store of your venue. When you create an ordering page with Vev, you will also get a unique link that you can share with your attendees.
On your online page attendees can find what the tickets they like, add it to their cart and click the order-button. And pay for their tickets right there on that page too, when you have set-up payments.
What payment methods does Vev accept?
We work together with Stripe to facilitate online payments, one of the biggest payments providers in the world.
Because of this your venue will be able to accept almost any form of payment. Apple & Google Pay, debit & credit cards, Ideal, Bancontact to name a few.
And if you are not sure whether your attendees’ favourite payment method is supported, just shoot us a message and we will happily help you!
Can I set my own order policies?
That is completely up to you to set up.
We did fill in some things based on how we saw successful event organisers before you do it, but you are completely free to change everything in line with how your venue operates.
Order deadline, refunds and cancellations are your domain, you know best how you want to run your venue.
