Money flows safely through the system and into your bank account when attendees pay ahead for their booking. You decide if they need to pay the full amount ahead of their booking, or that only a partial deposit is required to confirm the booking.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Plans change, so refunds are easy
Attendees can reschedule freely within the rescheduling policy you set in Vev. When a attendee needs to cancel, they’ll automatically get the amount refunded if your policy allows that.

Connect with Stripe to let attendees pay with popular methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Attendees can also pay on the spot. They’ll scan a QR code from your phone and complete the transaction from the comfort of their own device. No additional hardware is needed!

What can Vev’s booking system do for event organisers?
Vev's small events system automatically organizes the tickets for your venue. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by attendees, no bookings outside the opening hours of your venue. When a ticket gets ordered then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your venue makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a venue with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages every event organiser to follow their dream and start a venue. You only need a name to get things going.
To help event organisers even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your venue. Of course you know best, so you can edit this as much as you like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make the page uniquely yours.
Can I use Vev’s booking system for venues from anywhere in the world?

Is Vev's booking system for venues free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a venue as easy as possible; that’s why any event organiser can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many bookings for your venue as you can physically handle.
As your venue grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
What do I need to get started?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your venue. You can change everything later. Make sure that your venue does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking bookings.
