Easy payments for all
Just like the big apps and businesses out there, you can accept payments to confirm reservations. Slots are reserved for 30 minutes, giving clients enough time to enter their payment details. Rescheduling is easy, and the same goes for refunds.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
No extra device is needed
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Clients can scan a QR code when you allow them to pay on the spot, and complete the transaction on their own device.
As flexible as you
You decide if clients pay in full, or a fixed amount or a percentage as a deposit. You can also take payments outside of Vev if clients prefer to pay in cash or you send invoices. Just manually mark orders as ‘Paid’ in that case.

Is Vev’s reservation software for acupuncturists free to use?
Yes! With Vev's acupuncturist system we want to make starting a clinic as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your clinic as you can physically handle.
As your clinic grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a clinic with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a clinic. You only need a name to get things going.
To help acupuncturists even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your clinic. Of course you as the acupuncturist knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
What can Vev’s reservation system do for acupuncturists?
It helps you organize reservations for your clinic. You decide how far in advance people can make reservations, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be reserved by people, no reservations outside the opening hours of your clinic. If a regular of your clinic makes a reservation via a phone call or DM, you can also add them manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
What do I need to get started with my clinic?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your clinic. You can change everything later. Make sure that your clinic does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking reservations.
