Easy payments for all
Just like the big apps and businesses out there, you can accept payments to confirm reservations. Slots are reserved for 30 minutes, giving students enough time to enter their payment details. Rescheduling is easy, and the same goes for refunds.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
No extra device is needed
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Students can scan a QR code when you allow them to pay on the spot, and complete the transaction on their own device.
As flexible as you
You decide if students pay in full, or a fixed amount or a percentage as a deposit. You can also take payments outside of Vev if students prefer to pay in cash or you send invoices. Just manually mark orders as ‘Paid’ in that case.

Is Vev’s reservation software for learning centers free to use?
Yes! With Vev's learning center system we want to make starting a learning center as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your learning center as you can physically handle.
As your learning center grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a learning center with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a learning center. You only need a name to get things going.
To help teachers even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your learning center. Of course you as the teacher knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
What can Vev’s reservation system do for teachers?
It helps you organize reservations for your learning center. You decide how far in advance people can make reservations, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be reserved by people, no reservations outside the opening hours of your learning center. If a regular of your learning center makes a reservation via a phone call or DM, you can also add them manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
What do I need to get started with my learning center?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your learning center. You can change everything later. Make sure that your learning center does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking reservations.
Can I use Vev’s reservation system for teachers from anywhere?
