Easy payments for all
Just like the big apps and businesses out there, you can accept payments to confirm reservations. Slots are reserved for 30 minutes, giving clients enough time to enter their payment details. Rescheduling is easy, and the same goes for refunds.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
No extra device is needed
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Clients can scan a QR code when you allow them to pay on the spot, and complete the transaction on their own device.
As flexible as you
You decide if clients pay in full, or a fixed amount or a percentage as a deposit. You can also take payments outside of Vev if clients prefer to pay in cash or you send invoices. Just manually mark orders as ‘Paid’ in that case.

Is Vev’s reservation software for photo studios free to use?
Yes! With Vev's photo studio system we want to make starting a photo studio as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your photo studio as you can physically handle.
As your photo studio grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a photo studio with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a photo studio. You only need a name to get things going.
To help photo studio owners even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your photo studio. Of course you as the photo studio owner knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
