Easy payments for all
Just like the big apps and businesses out there, you can accept payments to confirm reservations. Slots are reserved for 30 minutes, giving students enough time to enter their payment details. Rescheduling is easy, and the same goes for refunds.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
No extra device is needed
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Students can scan a QR code when you allow them to pay on the spot, and complete the transaction on their own device.
As flexible as you
You decide if students pay in full, or a fixed amount or a percentage as a deposit. You can also take payments outside of Vev if students prefer to pay in cash or you send invoices. Just manually mark orders as ‘Paid’ in that case.

Is Vev’s reservation software for dance instructors free to use?
Yes! With Vev's dance instructor system we want to make starting a dance studio as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your dance studio as you can physically handle.
As your dance studio grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a dance studio with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a dance studio. You only need a name to get things going.
To help dance instructors even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your dance studio. Of course you as the dance instructor knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
