Easy payments for all
Just like the big apps and businesses out there, you can accept payments to confirm reservations. Slots are reserved for 30 minutes, giving guests enough time to enter their payment details. Rescheduling is easy, and the same goes for refunds.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
No extra device is needed
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Guests can scan a QR code when you allow them to pay on the spot, and complete the transaction on their own device.
As flexible as you
You decide if guests pay in full, or a fixed amount or a percentage as a deposit. You can also take payments outside of Vev if guests prefer to pay in cash or you send invoices. Just manually mark orders as ‘Paid’ in that case.

Is Vev’s reservation software for event dj's free to use?
Yes! With Vev's event dj system we want to make starting a event dj as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your event dj as you can physically handle.
As your event dj grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a event dj with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a event dj. You only need a name to get things going.
To help djs even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your event dj. Of course you as the dj knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
What can Vev’s reservation system do for djs?
It helps you organize reservations for your event dj. You decide how far in advance people can make reservations, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be reserved by people, no reservations outside the opening hours of your event dj. If a regular of your event dj makes a reservation via a phone call or DM, you can also add them manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
What do I need to get started with my event dj?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your event dj. You can change everything later. Make sure that your event dj does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking reservations.
