Money flows safely through the system and into your bank account when guests pay ahead for their booking. You decide if they need to pay the full amount ahead of their booking, or that only a partial deposit is required to confirm the booking.
You can use any device you own as long as it has an internet browser. When you have an iPhone you can soon use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Plans change, so refunds are easy
Guests can reschedule freely within the rescheduling policy you set in Vev. When a guest needs to cancel, they’ll automatically get the amount refunded if your policy allows that.

Connect with Stripe to let guests pay with popular methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Guests can also pay on the spot. They’ll scan a QR code from your phone and complete the transaction from the comfort of their own device. No additional hardware is needed!

What can Vev’s booking system do for djs?
Vev's event dj system automatically organizes the dj sets for your event dj. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by guests, no bookings outside the opening hours of your event dj. When a dj set gets booked then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your event dj makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a event dj with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages every dj to follow their dream and start a event dj. You only need a name to get things going.
To help djs even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your event dj. Of course you know best, so you can edit this as much as you like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make the page uniquely yours.

Is Vev's booking system for event dj's free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a event dj as easy as possible; that’s why any dj can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many bookings for your event dj as you can physically handle.
As your event dj grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
What do I need to get started?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your event dj. You can change everything later. Make sure that your event dj does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking bookings.
