Money flows safely through the system and into your bank account when clients pay ahead for their booking. You decide if they need to pay the full amount ahead of their booking, or that only a partial deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Plans change, so refunds are easy
Clients can reschedule freely within the rescheduling policy you set in Vev. When a client needs to cancel, they’ll automatically get the amount refunded if your policy allows that.

What can Vev’s booking system do for installers?
Vev's home service system automatically organizes the installations for your home service. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by clients, no bookings outside the opening hours of your home service. When a installation gets scheduled then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your home service makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a home service with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages every installer to follow their dream and start a home service. You only need a name to get things going.
To help installers even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your home service. Of course you know best, so you can edit this as much as you like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make the page uniquely yours.
